Saturday Bacon, Leek, Onion, Capsicum, Mushroom Stir Fry & Rice

Saturday l stir fried some Bacon, with onion, capsicum, leek, oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and eggs and served it with steamed Basmati Rice for dinner.
