Sunday Sausage & Mash

Dinner tonight l went old school, l fried some chorizo sausages with onions and eggs and had them with Heinz English recipe Baked Beans on  Hamburger Bun split in half and toasted, with potatoes mashed with cream and French Mustard.

Thursday Chorizo Stew

Made a stew for dinner using:

• 2 x chorizo sausage sliced
• 1 x 800 tin of gram crushed tomato
• spring onions sliced
• capsicum sliced
• 1 packet of Enoki Mushrooms

Put all the ingredients in the pot and let it simmer for hour and half before serving it.

Tuesday Chorizo Sausage & Beans

Quick dinner tonight, l sliced some chorizo sausages and fried them and then added a tin of Heinz English Recipe baked beans, fried some eggs and served them all on toasted sour dough mixed grain bread.

 

Thursday Chorizo Baked

Dinner tonight l par-boiled some sliced potatoes and onion, and diced capsicum then layered them in a baking tray with tomato and chorizo sausages, then baked them in a 200 C oven for 40 minutes.

Friday Sweet Pepper & Sausage Pasta

Dinner tonight was sweet peppers, with capsicum, tomato and chorizo sausages with pasta. I quarter and then diced the sausage and fried it in the pot with the sliced peppers, capsicum and tomatoes, with 200 ml of water for an hour, the day before to give the flavours a chance to develop. I serve the sauce over ribbon pasta with parmesan cheese shavings on top.

Dinner tonight was Chorizo Sausages fried, with eggs, Fries and Heinz English Recipe Baked Beans.

Lunch today l fried a couple of chorizo sausages and had them in hot dog rolls.

Thursday Woolworth’s & Coles Shopping

Did the weekly shopping today, bought mainly pantry items on special at Woolworth’s, spending $79.61 and $19.50 at Coles.

Thursday Chorizo & Beans

Kathy still entertaining the clients with business meals out at restaurants, so l had Chorizo sausage sliced and cooked with Heinz English recipe baked beans ( l think the best baked bean and my favourite) on toast.

Dessert was a mango, l slice either side of the mango seed, by cutting about 1/4 inch either side of the centre. Leaving the seed with small amount of flesh, which you suck off in your mouth and two nice halves which you spoon out or cut into squares with a knife.

Wednesday Chorizo Sausage & Fries

Kathy was out entertaining clients for dinner tonight so solo dinner, cooked a couple of Chorizo sausages with onions, tomato, mushrooms, ruby red potato fries, and couple fried eggs on toast.

Fries were cut with my Madeline large shredder setting from a Ruby Red Potato.

Dessert was a mango.
