Decided to try making mango pudding for myself today, used a recipe from the internet for Thai mango pudding, l didn’t have any coconut milk so l used ordinary milk instead and l doubled the recipe, will make this recipe again, with coconut milk to see if it does really make a difference to the taste.
- mangoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 teaspoons gelatine
Boil water and dissolve gelatine into it, in blender puree mangoes add the sugar and hot water gelatine mix and then added the milk, mix all ingredients and pour into containers and chill in fridge for several hours until the pudding is set, serve cold.

- pour & chill to set pudding












Looks tasty! I think coconut milk will make a big difference on taste – I can always taste it when they use cream instead of coconut cream in pina coladas (and it makes me sad)
